The secret to this bock style lager starts in the brewhouse with a carefully selected blend of imported malts.  The result is a rich malt flavor accompanied by a beautiful mahogany color.  To give this beer its signature holiday flavor, we add cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg to create a familiar sweetness and hint of spice.  A touch of vanilla and orange peel enhance this natural sweetness while adding a bright, citrus note and smooth finish.  We feel our Winter Lager is best enjoyed during the cold, yet festive, holiday season among close friends and family.  6.5% ABV, 18 BU
