Family-owned and community-driven since 2018, East Rock Brewing Company is located in New Haven's historic East Rock neighborhood, named after the iconic ridge and park. At our brewery, time-honored methods and imported ingredients are used to produce pure, crisp and authentic interpretations of German beer. We've become best known locally, throughout CT, and MA for our Pilsner, East Rock Lager and award-winning Amber Lager. Our Beer Hall offerings include 12 drafts, 3 specialty drafts and a variety of locally sourced cocktails, cider and wine. We are proud to carry on the rich brewing history of the area at our brewery and beer hall, bringing people together to celebrate both craft beer and community.
