Kölsch & Kellerbier Night

Kölsch: We will be serving our Kölsch in traditional fashion using a small, .2L glass called a Stange. Due to its smaller serving size, the beer will remain cold by the time you’re ready for your next serving! When your glass is empty, our team will immediately replace it with a full one, leaving a mark on your coaster to keep track of your tab. Once you’ve had your fill, place your coaster on top of your glass to signal to our waiter that you’re all done!

Kellerbier: German for “cellar beer”, kellerbier features super fresh, unfiltered variations of your favorite East Rock beers packaged straight from our fermentation cellar. Dispensed from a wooden-clad cask (holzfaß) and served in a ceramic stein, Kellerbier night is the original way to experience great lager! Subtle flavors of fresh yeast and grain, supported by bright, rustic hop aromas enliven these young beers, while a natural degassing in the cask provides for an exceptionally smooth pour. This authentic and dynamic beer drinking experience is a must-try – and a fun way to experience your favorite East Rock beers in an entirely new way.
