East Rock Brewing Company was founded in 2018 by Tim and Shaun Wilson, two brothers who share extensive experience in beverage and chemical manufacturing operations. We are one of a few breweries in New England that specialize in contract brewing services for mid-sized customers who regularly produce 30-60 BBL batches. We currently are home to over 10 contract partners who produce a variety of beer styles ranging from IPAs to lagers and sour beer.
