Crisp and delicate, our Kölsch style ale is brewed with a blend of malts and hops imported from Germany. A true hybrid style, this beer is fermented cold with a special yeast isolated from the city of Cologne, Germany from which the style originated. This beer then undergoes an extended lagering period to produce an exceptionally crisp beer with signature fruitiness and minerality.
