An approachable variation of the IPA style, this cold IPA is brewed with a blend of malted barley and flaked maize, which creates a restrained malt backbone to let the hops shine through in their purest form. 9 Squares uses the Citra hop variety to impart a bright citrus, stone fruit, and tropical fruit profile that gives this beer a familiar yet enticing hop flavor. We ferment this beer with our house lager yeast for a clean, neutral yeast character and an ultra-crisp finish that gives this variation on the IPA style unmatched drinkability. 5% ABV, 15 BU.
